زفّة مساحة هادئة وموثوقة لتنظيم أجمل يوم في حياتك. باستخدامك المنصّة توافق على ما يلي:

قدّم معلومات صحيحة في حسابك وطلباتك.
لا إساءة ولا تحرّش ولا محتوى مسيء في المحادثات أو التقييمات؛ التقييمات تخضع للمراجعة قبل النشر.
لا تشارك بيانات شخصية لأحد دون رضاه. قائمة الضيوف لمن تنوي دعوته فعلًا، ليست أداة لجمع الأرقام أو إرسال رسائل جماعية غير مرغوبة.
لا تحاول نقل التعامل أو الدفع خارج المنصّة عبر مشاركة أرقام تواصل أو حسابات بنكية في المحادثات؛ المنصّة تحجب هذه الرسائل آليًا وقد تُعلّم الحساب المخالف.

التزم بالحجوزات المؤكَّدة عبر المنصّة.
قدّم معلومات وأسعارًا دقيقة لقاعاتك أو خدماتك، وردّ على طلبات العرسان خلال المهلة المحددة، والتزم بسياسات الإلغاء والاسترداد المعلنة.
معرض الأعمال يُنشر بإذن من تظهر صورهم فيه: لا ترفع صورًا من مناسبات عملاء سابقين إلا بموافقتهم، وبموافقة ولي الأمر لمن هم دون سن الرشد، وعليك تقديم ما يثبت الموافقة عند طلب زفّة. صور المناسبات النسائية لا تُرفع إلا بموافقة صريحة موثَّقة ممن يظهرن فيها؛ فهي أمانة قبل أن تكون إعلانًا. وتُزال أي صورة فور اعتراض من ظهر فيها.

Zaffah is a calm, trusted space for planning the most beautiful day of your life. By using the platform you agree to the following:

Provide accurate information in your account and requests.
No harassment, abuse, or offensive content in chat or reviews; reviews are moderated before publication.
Do not share anyone's personal data without their consent. Your guest list is for people you genuinely intend to invite, not a tool for harvesting numbers or unsolicited bulk messaging.
Keep the conversation on Zaffah. Do not share off-platform contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, messaging or social handles) to take dealings elsewhere; the platform automatically blocks such messages and may flag the account. You may share bank and payment details in chat to settle a booking directly with the venue: Zaffah is not a party to those payments and is not responsible for any transfer made between you.

Honour bookings confirmed through the platform.
Provide accurate information and pricing for your venue or services; respond to couples' requests within the allowed window; and respect your published cancellation and refund policies.
Portfolios are published with the permission of the people who appear in them: do not upload photos from past clients' events without their consent, with a guardian's consent for minors, and you must provide evidence of consent when Zaffah asks. Photos from women's events may be uploaded only with the explicit, documented consent of the women appearing in them; they are a trust before they are marketing. Any photo is removed as soon as someone who appears in it objects.
No fake reviews, whether for your business or against competitors.

Zaffah may suspend an account for breaches of these terms or repeated, documented complaints. Report abuse to [email protected].
