زفّة مساحة هادئة وموثوقة لتنظيم أجمل يوم في حياتك. باستخدامك المنصّة توافق على ما يلي:

قدّم معلومات صحيحة في حسابك وطلباتك.
لا نتهاون أبدًا مع المحتوى المسيء ولا مع السلوك المؤذي: فلا تحرّش ولا تهديد ولا كراهية ولا فحش ولا إساءة، في المحادثات أو التقييمات أو أي شيء تنشره على زفّة. وتمرّ الرسائل والتقييمات على فحص آلي يردّ ما فيه لفظ مسيء فلا يُرسل ولا يُنشر، والتقييمات تخضع للمراجعة قبل النشر.
لا تشارك بيانات شخصية لأحد دون رضاه. قائمة الضيوف لمن تنوي دعوته فعلًا، ليست أداة لجمع الأرقام أو إرسال رسائل جماعية غير مرغوبة.
الكلمة التي تكتبها مع ردّك على دعوة تصل إلى العروسين باسمك: لا تكتب فيها ما لا تقوله في وجههما. لا إساءة ولا تهديد ولا مخالفة للأنظمة، وليست مكانًا للإعلان أو لمخاطبة من لم يدعُك. ولمن وصلته كلمة مسيئة أن يحذف صاحبها من قائمته فتختفي كلمته معه، وأن يبلغنا على [email protected].
أبقِ التعامل داخل زفّة. لا تشارك وسائل تواصل خارج المنصّة، من أرقام هاتف أو بريد أو حسابات تواصل، لنقل التعامل خارجها؛ المنصّة تحجب هذه الرسائل آليًا وقد تُعلّم الحساب المخالف. أمّا تفاصيل الحساب البنكي فلك مشاركتها في المحادثة لتسوية الحجز مباشرة مع القاعة: زفّة ليست طرفًا في هذه المدفوعات ولا تتحمّل مسؤولية أي تحويل بينكما.
ما ترفعه في دعوتك من صورة غلاف أو فيديو ترحيب يراه كل من يفتح الرابط. لا ترفع إلا ما يرضى عنه من يظهر فيه، وإن ظهرت نساء فلا يُرفع إلا بموافقتهنّ، وإن ظهر أطفال فلا يُرفع إلا بموافقة وليّهم؛ فهي أمانة قبل أن تكون دعوة. ولا تُرفع صور أو مقاطع لا صلة لها بدعوتك، ولا ما يخالف الأنظمة أو يحمل إساءة. ولمن ظهر في دعوة أن يطلب الإزالة على [email protected]، وتُزال خلال 24 ساعة كحد أقصى.
لا تجمع محتوى المنصّة. بيانات القاعات ومكاتب التنظيم والاستوديوهات، ومنها الأيام غير المتاحة في تقاويمها، معروضة لك لتختار موعدك، ولك أن تدوّن ما يخصّ اختيارك أو تشاركه مع أهلك. أمّا سحبها بصورة منهجية أو جماعية، آليًا أو يدويًا، أو تخزينها في قاعدة بيانات، أو إعادة نشرها، أو استخدامها لبناء دليل منافس أو لاستقطاب شركاء زفّة أو عرسانها، فغير مسموح. وتسري هذه القاعدة على كل من يصل إلى الخدمة، بحساب أو بغير حساب، ولزفّة إيقاف أي حساب يخالفها ومنع الأنظمة التي تقف خلفه.
ما يظهر في التقويم دليل استرشادي لا وعد بالحجز: اليوم الخالي لا يعني أن الحجز مؤكد، ولا يُحجز موعد إلا بطلب يُقبل عبر المنصّة.

تُنشر وسائط الدعوة كما يرسلها العروسان دون مراجعة مسبقة، فهي لا تظهر في عرض عام وإنما لمن يحمل رابط الدعوة. ولزفّة أن تطّلع عليها في أي وقت، وتزيل أي وسيط يخالف ما سبق خلال 24 ساعة كحد أقصى من وصول البلاغ، وقد تُوقف الحساب المخالف.

البلاغات والحظر

إن رأيت ما يخالف هذه القواعد فأبلغنا من داخل التطبيق:

الإبلاغ عن رسالة: اضغط على الرسالة مطوّلًا واختر الإبلاغ.
الإبلاغ عن تقييم: اضغط علامة الإبلاغ بجانب التقييم.
حظر منشأة: افتح خيارات المحادثة أعلى الشاشة واختر الحظر، فتُغلق محادثاتك معها ولا تُتبادل بينكما رسائل حتى ترفعه، ويبقى أي حجز بينكما كما هو.

ولك أيضًا أن تراسلنا على [email protected]. ونراجع كل بلاغ ونتصرّف فيه خلال 24 ساعة من وصوله: نزيل المحتوى المخالف، وقد نوقف الحساب الذي نشره. وما يحفظه البلاغ ومدة الاحتفاظ به تجده في سياسة الخصوصية.

للشركاء، قاعات ومكاتب تنظيم واستوديوهات تصوير

التزم بالحجوزات المؤكَّدة عبر المنصّة.
وإن توقّفت قوائمك في زفّة، لأي سبب، خرجت صفحتك من التطبيق في حينه ولم تصلك طلبات جديدة، وبقيت زفّاتك المؤكَّدة معك: حجوزاتها ومحادثاتها وتقويمها مفتوحة لك حتى يمرّ آخر موعد منها وأربعة عشر يومًا بعده، ثم ينتهي الوصول من تلقاء نفسه. ولك في تلك المدة أن تقرأ صفحتك دون أن تعدّلها. ولا يسري هذا كلّه إن أُوقف حسابك، أو إن اقتضى نظام أو جهة مختصة أو بلاغ سلامة أو اشتباه احتيال قطع الوصول في حينه.
قدّم معلومات وأسعارًا دقيقة لقاعاتك أو خدماتك، وردّ على طلبات العرسان خلال المهلة المحددة، والتزم بسياسات الإلغاء والاسترداد المعلنة.
معرض الأعمال يُنشر بإذن من تظهر صورهم فيه: لا ترفع صورًا من مناسبات عملاء سابقين إلا بموافقتهم، وبموافقة ولي الأمر لمن هم دون سن الرشد، وعليك تقديم ما يثبت الموافقة عند طلب زفّة. صور المناسبات النسائية لا تُرفع إلا بموافقة صريحة موثَّقة ممن يظهرن فيها؛ فهي أمانة قبل أن تكون إعلانًا. وتُزال أي صورة فور اعتراض من ظهر فيها.
أبقِ تقويمك مطابقًا للواقع. نشرك ليومٍ غير متاح إقرارٌ منك بأنه غير متاح فعلًا، ولا يجوز حجب أيام متاحة للتأثير في اختيار العرسان أو في المنافسة.
لا تقييمات مزيّفة، لا لنشاطك ولا ضد منافسيك.
للعرسان أن يبلغوا عن رسائلك، وأن يحظروا منشأتك، فتُغلق محادثاتك معهم ولا تستطيع مراسلتهم حتى يرفعوا الحظر، ويبقى أي حجز قائم كما هو.

المخالفات

يجوز لزفّة إيقاف الحساب عند الإخلال بهذه الشروط أو تكرار الشكاوى الموثَّقة. ويقطع إيقاف الحساب الوصول إلى القوائم والمكتب في حينه، وتخرج صفحة الشريك من التطبيق، بلا مدة انتقالية. وإذا كان للحساب زفّات مؤكَّدة قادمة، تواصلنا مع العرسان المعنيين بالوسيلة المسجّلة في حساباتهم، وتابع فريق زفّة معهم شأن مواعيدهم، وله عند الحاجة أن يعرّف كلّ طرف بوسيلة تواصل الآخر لإتمام ما اتُّفق عليه، استثناءً من قاعدة إبقاء التعامل داخل المنصّة. وزفّة ليست طرفًا في الاتفاق بينكما ولا تضمن تنفيذه. وللإبلاغ عن أي إساءة استخدم أدوات الإبلاغ في التطبيق أو راسلنا على [email protected]، ونتصرّف في كل بلاغ خلال 24 ساعة.

Zaffah is a calm, trusted space for planning the most beautiful day of your life. By using the platform you agree to the following:

Everyone

Provide accurate information in your account and requests.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour: no harassment, abuse, threats, hate, or obscene or offensive content in chat, in reviews, or in anything you post on Zaffah. Messages and reviews pass through an automatic check that turns back anything containing offensive language, so it is never sent or published, and reviews are moderated before publication.
Do not share anyone's personal data without their consent. Your guest list is for people you genuinely intend to invite, not a tool for harvesting numbers or unsolicited bulk messaging.
A note you write with your reply to an invitation reaches the couple under your name: do not write what you would not say to them in person. No abuse, no threats, nothing unlawful, and it is not a place to advertise or to approach a couple who did not invite you. A couple who receives an abusive note can remove that guest, which takes the note out of their list, and can report it to [email protected].
Keep the conversation on Zaffah. Do not share off-platform contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, messaging or social handles) to take dealings elsewhere; the platform automatically blocks such messages and may flag the account. You may share bank and payment details in chat to settle a booking directly with the venue: Zaffah is not a party to those payments and is not responsible for any transfer made between you.
A cover photo or welcome video you upload to your invitation is seen by everyone who opens the link. Upload only what the people in it would be happy with, and where women appear, only with their agreement, and where children appear, only with their guardian's agreement: it is a trust before it is an invitation. Do not upload media unrelated to your invitation, unlawful content, or anything abusive. Anyone who appears in an invitation may ask for removal at [email protected] and we will take it down within at most 24 hours.
Do not harvest platform content. Venue, planning office and studio data, including the unavailable days in their calendars, is shown to you so you can choose your date, and you are free to note what matters to your own choice or share it with your family. What is not allowed is extracting it systematically or in bulk, by machine or by hand, storing it in a database, republishing it, or using it to build a competing directory or to solicit Zaffah's partners or couples. This rule applies to anyone who accesses the service, with or without an account, and Zaffah may suspend any account that breaks it and block the systems behind it.
What the calendar shows is a guide, not a promise: a day that looks free is not a confirmed booking, and no date is held until a request is accepted through the platform.

Invitation media is published as the couple sends it, without prior review: it is not shown in a public listing, only to people holding that couple's link. Zaffah may review it at any time, removes any media that breaks the rules above within at most 24 hours of a report reaching us, and may suspend the account.

Reports and blocking

If you see something that breaks these rules, report it to us from inside the app:

Report a message: press and hold the message and choose to report it.
Report a review: tap the flag beside the review.
Block a business: open the conversation options at the top of the chat and choose Block; your conversations with it close and no messages pass between you until you lift the block. Any booking between you stays as it is.

You can also write to us at [email protected]. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours of it reaching us: we remove content that breaks these rules, and may suspend the account that posted it. What a report keeps, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Partners: venues, planning offices, photo studios

Honour bookings confirmed through the platform.
If your listing stops for any reason, your page leaves the app at once and no new requests reach you, while the weddings you have already confirmed stay with you: their bookings, chats and calendar remain open to you until the last of those dates has passed, and fourteen days after it, and then the access ends by itself. During that period you may read your listing but not change it. None of this applies if your account is suspended, or where the law, a competent authority, a safety report or suspected fraud requires us to cut access at once.
Provide accurate information and pricing for your venue or services; respond to couples' requests within the allowed window; and respect your published cancellation and refund policies.
Portfolios are published with the permission of the people who appear in them: do not upload photos from past clients' events without their consent, with a guardian's consent for minors, and you must provide evidence of consent when Zaffah asks. Photos from women's events may be uploaded only with the explicit, documented consent of the women appearing in them; they are a trust before they are marketing. Any photo is removed as soon as someone who appears in it objects.
Keep your calendar true to reality. Publishing a day as unavailable is your representation that it really is unavailable; you may not block available days to steer couples' choices or to distort competition.
No fake reviews, whether for your business or against competitors.
Couples can report your messages and can block your business; your conversations with them then close and you cannot write to them until they lift the block, while any booking stays as it is.

Violations

Zaffah may suspend an account for breaches of these terms or repeated, documented complaints. Suspending an account cuts access to Listing and the Office at once, removes the partner's page from the app, and carries no wind down period. If the account has confirmed weddings ahead, we contact the couples concerned through the details on their account, and the Zaffah team follows up with them about their dates, and where it is needed may give each side the other's contact details so what was agreed can be completed, as an exception to the rule about keeping dealings on the platform. Zaffah is not a party to the agreement between you and does not guarantee its performance. Report abuse with the report tools in the app or at [email protected], and we act on every report within 24 hours.
